Fly Agaric
The fly agaric is one of the most recognisable woodland mushrooms, with its bright red cap and white spots. It often shows up in stories and myths about forests and you can usually find it in the woods near birch and pine trees from late summer to autumn.
Even though it looks beautiful, the fly agaric is toxic and has a mysterious reputation. It seems right at home among moss, fallen leaves and of the forest floor
